Here We Go Again

A tropical storm watch was issued Friday for central Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle, where residents are still recovering from last year's hurricanes.

Is it wrong to be pleased that it doesn't seem to be headed my way? Should I not be more concerned about those people who seem to be in the storm's path?
