Roberto Returns

From MLB.com:

"The best teams, the greatest pennant races, feature scene-stealers -- guys who emerge from the shadows to impact baseball history, then often recede back into them....The guy now running across the stage for Boston is Roberto Petagine, a 34-year-old first baseman back in the Majors after a seven-year absence....Petagine got in the first blow of Boston's 7-4 victory over the White Sox. When he homered in the second inning off Jon Garland, he trotted around a big league base path for the first time since Sept. 27, 1998..."

You have to be happy for Roberto (unless you're a White Sox fan)...7 years is a LONG time in the life of a major league baseball player.
