"Officers are investigating an apparent homicide after mourners found an extra corpse on top of their deceased relative in his grave.
Relatives of Octaviano Hernandez, who was buried July 11 in the Hondo Cemetery west of San Antonio, discovered the unidentified body Sunday. Family members were smoothing the ground above the grave, when they found plastic sticking out of the dirt."
