Could it be that losing the division on a technicality may actually be a good thing? The Red Sox and Yankees finished with identical records (95-67) but because New York won the H-T-H (10-9), it wins the division and now has to fly to Anaheim to play the Angels in the ALDS (Anaheim also finishing at 95-67 but won the H-T-H against the Yankees).

Boston heads to Chicago to play the "Calcetines de Blanco". Less traveling, this is good. But the Comiskey Men have had a great year so this should be an interesting series.
